The top 4 books taken out will be the one seeds in each of the 4 regions and will be playing books 13-16 (which are the four seeds). The middle books make up the 2 and 3 seeds in each of the 4 regions. The seeding is based on the number of times a book has been taken out of the library. If a book has been taken out 40 times and it is playing a book that has been taken out 10 times for example then the higher seeded book has a 40 out of 50 chance of winning. This will be done using a random number generator. I will post a picture on Monday of the Sweet Sixteen.
