Table Top Twitter

I saw this on the Conversations In Literacy.  If you would like an activity that actively  involves the whole class, you might want to try this.  It will work in a Social Science class too.  Each student reads the posted passage and has to write something about it.  Then the students move around and respond to other students writing.  To see Lori's post click here.
