This is a free app that allows you to make pictures interactive. You place a pinmark on your picture and then you can make that pinmark pop with text, videos, links etc when someone touches them. Students have added multimedia labels to cells or geographic features. Teachers could make their rubrics pop by putting links to examples or video tutorials.
