Flocabulary and Current Events

Here is my third installment on Current Events in the last month.  To see the other two click here and here.  Flocabulary has a weekly video called "The Week In Rap".  It is pretty cool and also includes an activity and quiz if you have a subscription.  The subscription is a bit pricey at $96 US per year but some teachers pay the price and show their videos weekly.   You can't see the video if you do not have a subscription either  but what you can do is have your students enter their weekly contest.  To see the contest page click here.

Flocabulary - Keep, Change, Flip

A rap to help remember how to divide fractions.  Keep, Change, Flip!  Sorry this would of been nice to have at the beginning of the year for your grade 9's but maybe it could be used in your locally developed math class.

Flocabulary - Pit and the Pendulum

It is just Educational Hip-Hop from Flocabulary.  With Halloween in a couple of day, here is another Edgar Allan Poe post.  It would be great to read the original and then go over it again with this rap.
