On October 19 2016 I posted about Primary Sources from History Education MN.  To see the post click here.  I have since noticed a great poster produced by Shana Crosson also from the Minnesota Historical Society.  She has a great poster on her Google Drive.  To get the poster I have below click here.  She also has a great Pinterest Board on Primary Sources.  To see that click here.

Body Maps by Healthline

If you are teaching any kind of course that involves human anatomy such as Exercise Science this site could be great for you.

You just select what part of the body or system you want to examine and then can rotate it around.  Both male and female maps are available and they are very anatomically correct.  You may want to discuss this with your class before letting them loose on the computers.  To see the Body Maps website click here.

Zombie Based Learning in Geography

Zombie-Based Learning

With Halloween coming up I thought this might be appropriate.  I was reading an article on Edutopia about Bellevue Washington's Geography teacher David Hunter and his Zombie-Based Learning curriculum.  The curriculum has over 70 standards-based lessons. You can go to his site by clicking here.  You can also read the article about this course by clicking here.

The Geography of Horror

With Halloween around the corner I thought this site would be appropriate for Geography or Film study students and teachers.  Each map is broken down by decade.  It shows where each of the horror films took place on the map of the world.  Take a look by clicking here.
